Fertility and IVF acupuncture in Scottsdale
Trying to conceive can take over your calendar, your sleep and your peace of mind. I offer supportive care planned around your cycle and your clinic's schedule, alongside your reproductive endocrinologist, never instead of them.
90-min first visit $350 · plan timed to your cycle or transfer · 1:1 with Dr. Phil
Supportive care
Steadier through a demanding time
The reproductive system answers to the same control center as sleep, stress and digestion: the hypothalamus and pituitary at the base of the brain. When stress is high and sleep is poor, that system feels it.
My goal is to help your body feel steadier: better sleep, a calmer stress response, more regular cycle symptoms, and a clear, low-pressure plan.
Before trying
Fertility preparation
- Weekly or biweekly visits focused on sleep, stress and cycle symptoms
- Herbal medicine when it fits your pattern and your medical plan
- A visit calendar timed to your cycle
- Support for partners too, through an Everyday Health visit
During IVF
Planned around your clinic's protocol
- Sessions planned around stimulation, retrieval and transfer
- Visits close to transfer day when your schedule allows
- Coordination with your fertility clinic; herbs are paused when your clinic asks
- Calm, quiet one-on-one sessions
If you are pregnant, might be pregnant, or are mid-cycle, tell me. It changes which points and techniques are appropriate.
An honest note on results. Research on acupuncture during IVF is mixed. Some studies show benefits for stress and wellbeing; evidence on pregnancy and live-birth rates is less clear. I can't promise a pregnancy, and I won't. What I can offer is careful, supportive care that fits your medical treatment.

Only with your fertility clinic's OK. I'll coordinate, and I pause herbs when your protocol calls for it.
Do you see partners?
Yes. Male fertility factors matter too; book an Everyday Health first visit.
Do you work with Scottsdale and Phoenix fertility clinics?
I work alongside whichever clinic you choose and adjust to its schedule.
