Breathing pacer
Three-Minute Reset
Follow the circle. Breathe in as it grows, out as it shrinks. Three minutes is enough to bring your heart rate down and loosen tight shoulders.
Nicely done
You finished 3 minutes of Calm breathing.
Choose your breath
Each line shows the shape of one breath: up is in, flat is hold, down is out.

Pair it with a point
Yintang, between the eyebrows
Rest a fingertip on the spot between your eyebrows and press gently while you breathe. It's one of the points we use most for stress and a busy mind.
When you're ready
Stress that doesn't let go?
Breathing helps in the moment. If tension, poor sleep or headaches keep coming back, acupuncture works on the same calming system, and we can help you find what's driving it.
Go gently
- If you feel dizzy or lightheaded, stop and breathe normally.
- If you're pregnant, or have a heart or lung condition, skip the breath holds and use Calm. Check with your doctor if you're unsure.
- This is a relaxation exercise, not treatment for anxiety or panic. If you're struggling, please reach out to your doctor.
