Neurology Intensive

Focused, one-on-one care for Parkinson's, tremor, memory changes, neuropathy and stroke recovery, built on auricular electroacupuncture and microcurrent.

$50,000 · by application · works alongside your neurologist

Why an intensive

The nervous system responds to repetition

Nerves adapt to what they're asked to do, again and again. That's how a skill is learned, and it's how a damaged circuit can find a new route. One appointment a week rarely gives the nervous system enough signal to change. An intensive does.

Neurology has been one of my clinical focuses for years. This program brings my most focused work into one plan, for one person at a time.

Who it's for

Conditions I work with

  • Parkinson's disease
  • Essential tremor and other tremors
  • Memory and cognitive changes, including Alzheimer's and other dementias
  • Recovery after stroke
  • Peripheral neuropathy: numbness, burning and tingling
  • Other conditions, after we talk them through

This program supports, and never replaces, care from your neurologist and medical team. Any new or sudden neurological symptom needs urgent medical care. Call 911 in an emergency.

The care

What's at the core

  1. Auricular electroacupunctureThe ear is the only place where a branch of the vagus nerve reaches the skin, with a direct line to the brainstem. Why the ear matters.
  2. Microcurrent and scalp pointsElectro-Acupuncture Medicine, as taught by Dr. Jeremy Steiner: frequencies chosen for the nerve pathways and tissues involved.
  3. Hands-on workBodywork for the rigidity, guarding and posture changes that often come with neurological conditions.
  4. Herbal medicine and home programFormulas when they fit, plus daily practices for you and the people who care for you.

Enrollment is limited, because the program is my time, one-on-one. Schedule and inclusions are set with you during the discovery call and assessment. Self-pay.

I can't promise an outcome, and I won't. What I can promise is careful, focused work and a clear picture of how you're responding.

Questions

Neurology Intensive FAQ

Can acupuncture help Parkinson's disease?

Acupuncture and electroacupuncture have been studied for Parkinson's, mainly for symptoms such as stiffness, sleep, mood and quality of life, alongside standard medication. Results vary, and I'll be straight with you about what's realistic.

Why auricular electroacupuncture?

The outer ear carries a branch of the vagus nerve straight to the brainstem, plus trigeminal and cervical nerve branches. It's one of the most efficient doors into the nervous system.

Will I need to stop my medications?

No. This program works alongside your neurologist and current treatment. Never change medication without your doctor.

Can family members be involved?

Yes. Caregivers are welcome at visits and are part of the home program.

How do I start?
